About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, freight staging, inventory coordination, and staff supervision. This role ensures warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company safety standards while supporting the smooth movement of freight and materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage warehouse teams, maintain operational accuracy, and drive a safe and productive work environment. We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader who can oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, support team productivity, and maintain a safe and organized facility. This individual will play a key role in supervising warehouse staff, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring operational goals are met efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of four years of warehouse experience required
  • Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required
  • Experience with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and freight coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, inventory systems, and data entry software
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift operation experience and hazardous materials experience preferred
  • Experience within logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, storage, and loading operations to ensure efficient warehouse workflow.
  • Monitor freight movement, inventory accuracy, and documentation while resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Supervise warehouse associates, manage schedules and timecards, and support employee training and development.
  • Communicate company goals, safety expectations, and operational priorities while motivating team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct warehouse inspections, maintain equipment readiness, and support overall facility organization and cleanliness.
