About the position
As a Warehouse Selector at Capstone Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our high-performance culture by selecting products throughout the warehouse using various warehouse equipment. This includes operating single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, and forklifts, as well as performing other duties as assigned by site leadership. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. The position requires the use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets to track inventory and manage orders effectively. Success in this role is defined by your ability to work independently and make decisions as needed to accomplish tasks. You will need to be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic, as the job may require you to adapt to changing operational needs and schedules. The work environment will involve both office and warehouse settings, where you may need to sit or stand for extended periods on concrete flooring and navigate varying temperatures. Walking throughout the warehouse during your shift is also expected, as you will be actively engaged in the selection process. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ride-on electric pallet jacks.
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
