About The Position
The Warehouse Operator manages the end-to-end flow of materials, ensuring accurate receiving, temperature-controlled storage, and precise shipping to support manufacturing and customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in operating manual and electric pallet jacks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and best practices
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Solid mathematical aptitude, including the ability to perform unit of measure conversions
Responsibilities
- Receive and store all purchased materials and inter-company transfers efficiently
- Perform detailed inspections against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders
- Promptly report any material discrepancies or damaged goods
- Document and label all inventory according to strict procedural protocols
- Handle and store materials at required temperatures per specific safety protocols
- Pick and pack outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and Material Return Authorizations (MRAs)
- Issue and deliver required materials to the manufacturing floor on schedule
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
- Operate all department tools, equipment, and software systems as required
