About The Position

This role involves a hybrid of warehouse operations and field support. In the warehouse, you will manage incoming inventory, organize stock, pick and pack equipment for dispatch, and maintain accurate inventory tracking. You will oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations to ensure efficiency and readiness for deployments. In the field, you will travel to customer sites to install and set up systems, including EPOS systems, terminals, and printers. You will provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • Full driving licence
  • Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on role
  • Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and practical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Full, clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential)
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to new environments during site visits
  • Willingness to support across different areas of the business as needed
  • Ability to take ownership and operate in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience with EPOS systems or technical setups
  • Basic IT or networking knowledge
  • Experience in a startup or hybrid operations role
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inventory and stock organization
  • Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations
  • Ensure operational efficiency and readiness for deployments
  • Travel to customer sites to install and set up systems
  • Configure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.)
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on-site
  • Ensure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
