About the position

The Warehouse Manager at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including establishing procedures, managing team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures for warehouse activities.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and manage inventory.
• Inspect the physical condition of the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles.
• Prepare work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement.
• Maintain monthly truck reports.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with department leaders.
• Direct salvage of damaged and used materials.
• Participate in planning team safety and plant protection activities.
• Handle walk-in sales and work with supplier representatives.
• Ensure drivers conform to DOT regulations.
• Provide backup to Truck Drivers and other team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to operate a forklift required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license required for driving positions.
• Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check required.
