Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience leading employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
