About the position

The Warehouse Inventory Associate at Lactalis North America is responsible for maintaining all aspects of inventory management, including preparation, reconciliation, coordination, recording, and auditing of inventory reports. This role ensures that accurate products are accounted for and controlled, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform counts on a daily basis for Dry Goods or Finished Goods.
• Take direction from the Inventory Team regarding daily tasks.
• Use the AS400 system to process inventory in and out of the system.
• Utilize Excel and AS400 for data entry.
• Track and monitor items counted in detail and provide reports to Management.
• Be forklift certified and safely relocate inventory as counted.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in inventory systems, including inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO systems formats preferred.
• Lift Operator experience.
• Prism experience.
• Knowledge of Lactalis product flow and AS400 transaction processes is beneficial.
• Ability to be accountable for work performed and work unsupervised.
• Basic computer skills.
• Safety operation of a forklift.
• Effective communication skills.
