About The Position
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with some on-call/overtime required. The role involves delivering products as scheduled and as needed, including a bi-weekly two-day overnight route within Texas using a box truck (CDL not required). Responsibilities include verifying loaded items for security and accuracy, receiving and verifying incoming/outgoing shipments against packing slips, and assisting with phones, counter help, and building maintenance. The job requires the ability to lift 75 lbs and may involve inventory stocking, unloading freight, operating a forklift, and general warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Must have clean driving record and current TXDL
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- A CDL is not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product as scheduled/as they arise.
- Drive a box truck along a 2-day, overnight, state of Texas route, to deliver product.
- Verify all items are loaded/packed securely and double check items for errors.
- Receive all items either shipped/delivered into or out of the Warehouse and verify packing slip for vendor ship errors.
- Assist with answering phones, counter help and building maintenance as needed.
- Other duties may include receiving and stocking inventory, unloading truck freight deliveries, running a forklift and general warehouse work.
