Full time warehouse position is responsible for shipping/receiving, inventory management, ordering/returning material, loading/unloading trucks, keeping warehouse clean, safe and organized, preparing service sales quotes, selling parts to customers, delivering material to job sites among other duties.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound Freight
  • Ordering material and supplies
  • Maintaining proper stock levels of inventory
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse
  • Maintaining shipping/receiving logs
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Delivering material to job sites
  • Returning material for credit or rebuilding
  • Part sales
  • Staging material for jobs
  • Dispose of waste and scrap according to company policy
  • Assist in physical inventory
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with new and existing SAT customers
  • Prepare service sales quotations and proposals
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned and/or required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently self-manage and self-motivate
  • Creative problem solving abilities with a strong passion for driving process improvements and results
  • Efficient time management, prioritizing and team building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to grasp technical aspects of products or programs
  • 3-5 years related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel, and basic computer skills required
  • Must be capable of lifting medium to heavy materials and have fork lift experience
