About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, the Warehouse Sales & Operations Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day warehouse, fuel, lubricant, and hardware operations. This role combines customer interaction, order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory control, and administrative reporting in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, warehouse, fuel/petroleum, or hardware environments considered an asset.
Previous experience with inventory, POS, dispatch, or ERP systems preferred.
Forklift and pallet jack experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Act as a frontline representative, delivering professional and friendly service to customers in person, by phone, and electronically
Take and process customer orders accurately; coordinate deliveries and pickups in a timely manner
Perform data entry, order entry, and reporting using POS, dispatch, and inventory systems
Support dispatch operations by coordinating deliveries, maintaining schedules, and communicating with drivers and team members
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product; ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage
Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems including cash handling, opening/closing, and product file maintenance
Maintain retail floor, yard, and warehouse organization, including stocking and merchandising products
Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, and dispatch activities
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as trained).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
Support daily operations and assist management as required.
