About The Position

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including wrapping and locating pallets, filling requisitions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading/unloading trucks. This role also involves ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety standards for shipments, operating equipment effectively, and adhering to health, safety, and quality policies. The position requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment and wearing company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

A High School, Vo-Tech, or equivalent graduate.
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.

Nice To Haves

Forklift Certified or ability to be trained and become certified.
Knowledge of and/or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus!

Responsibilities

Wrap and locate pallets coming from Production areas.
Fill requisitions from Finishing.
Keep warehouse organized and clean.
Keep inventory accurate.
Load and unload trucks with forklift.
Ensure trailer meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety compliance standards prior to loading shipment.
Ensure quantity, appearance, and standard international shipping terms (INCO) are correct and in line with company expectations prior to unloading shipment and signing Bill of Lading (BOL).
Effectively operate equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to and communicate to others the Health, Safety and Quality policies, including use of PPE.
Other duties as assigned.
Adhere to safety policies.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Wear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.
