About The Position

Join the Hirsch team as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in receiving, organizing, and shipping plumbing supplies and materials while maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse environment. Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer and inventory system skills are helpful
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing or construction material knowledge is a plus
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload delivery trucks
  • Organize warehouse shelves, bins, and inventory areas
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified)
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock control
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
