About the position
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the necessary materials for clean water and heating/cooling. This position involves working collaboratively within a team to manage inventory, verify deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials to maintain inventory standards.
- Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
- Properly load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-haves
- Forklift Certification
- Experience in leadership
- Knowledge of assigned business line's products
