About the position

Courier Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Dock Worker for a part-time position. The role involves sorting and loading incoming products for drivers, primarily during the early morning hours from 12AM to 6AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scanners for receiving of product and handle troubleshooting issues
• Document returns, miss sorts, and unreceived product
• Utilize various machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks to organize product in the warehouse
• Manually move, prep, and sort product, occasionally loading it onto freight trailers
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and possess highly developed organizational skills
• Ability to interact with other employees at a variety of levels
• Ability to lift and carry at least 70 lbs
• Ability to stand, twist, squat, and bend for long periods of time
• Consistently punctual with excellent communication skills
• Rapid response to issues and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate needs or issues
