About the position
Phillip Jeffries is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their fulfillment team. This role is essential for ensuring that high-end luxury wallcoverings are packaged and shipped with care, creating excellent first impressions for their clientele. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, maintaining organization, and assisting with inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders for high-end luxury wallcovering.
- Ship domestic and international orders.
- Cut, repack, and bag materials as necessary.
- Maintain overall organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure that stock is accurate and report discrepancies.
- Assist with the receiving process.
- Utilize WMS, RF Scanners, and UPS World Ship Station.
- Assist with varying projects and general labor requests as needed.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Able to lift 50-100 pounds.
- Upbeat, energetic, positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to effectively multitask and shift direction quickly.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional phone manner.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- General computer skills.
