Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
- 8-12 years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- 7 years of business development, lead generation, or sales experience.
- Willingness to travel as required for project and business needs.
