Infios is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead growth across North America. This role focuses on expanding our software footprint with new and existing customers while building strong, long-term partnerships and collaborating closely with teams across the business. What the day in the life looks like: Lead Sales team in North America by coaching on selling skills, relationship building, and product knowledge to drive new and existing account growth Network within the Infios ecosystem to identify new opportunities with customers and prospects Research market data and customer insights to craft value propositions that support pipeline growth and sales team efforts Promote Infios solutions through a consultative engagement model to maximize revenue Conduct discovery sessions to align Infios products and services with customer goals and business vision. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to provide informed go-to-market recommendations. What you bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; post-graduate education or training is preferred. 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within Supply Chain, ERP, or related industries, with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Proven leadership skills in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams, coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience leveraging market insights and data to drive sales growth. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and familiarity with Infios products is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 75% to engage with clients, prospects, and team members effectively.
