About the position

The Vice President of Sales will be lead a high-performing sales team encompassing Mid-Market, SMB and Business Development teams working cross-functionally to align Euna Solution's products and solutions with market opportunities. This strategic leader will ensure the achievement of sales targets, foster a high-performance culture, and execute strategies to maximize market penetration. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing multi-tiered SaaS sales organizations, developing go-to-market strategies, and achieving scalable growth in a fast-paced environment specifically in the public sector. This position reports to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SVP, Sales to develop and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the Euna's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Mid-Market, SMB and Business Development teams, setting performance expectations, and driving a culture of success.
  • Lead the GTM transformation of a multi-product approach, working closely with directors to balance the needs of the organization with a strategic approach to introducing change within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and successful execution of enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoffs and improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to anticipate market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company's business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales and business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to Public Sector customers, with experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute a long-term sales vision while meeting immediate revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to drive informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as marketing, product management, and customer success.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
