Manage a team of energy infrastructure analysts responsible for project intake, initial underwriting and due diligence for assessing the fit for applicable investors. Validate financial models for utility scale and distributed renewable energy projects including revenue structure, reasonableness of the expenses and certain economic schedules. Engage with sell side bankers and brokers to source and onboard new deal origination and initial diligence. Ensure Investment Committee proposals address all requirements for the appropriate phase of approvals. Lead all pipeline management efforts and partner with investor team to rank opportunities for investors. Build investment presentations and present those to the RJREI investment committee. Keep current on markets and trends affecting all credit eligible asset classes. Working with the Transaction Team, develop initial economic proposals for select opportunities. Draft and deliver presentations for investors, capital providers, borrowers and joint venture partners. Analyze market risk factors and pricing. Support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives. Represent RJREI at select conferences. Travel for conferences and other business requirements (<25%). Ad hoc research, investor requests and other tasks critical to the platform’s operations.
