About the position

The VP of Strategy and Growth at MedHaul is a senior leadership role focused on driving the commercial growth and success of the company. This position is critical in developing and executing strategic plans that align with the company's mission to enhance transportation access for vulnerable communities. The VP will leverage their healthcare industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing processes, while also building and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with healthcare systems, payors, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Refine and optimize existing processes and procedures to support growth and scalability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and account management.
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company direction and decision-making.
  • Represent the company in external negotiations and interactions with partners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within pre-Series B companies.
  • Experience driving significant revenue growth and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, with experience in both public and private sectors, including healthcare systems, providers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Extensive business network, with a history of impact-driven business development.
  • Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at an executive level.
