About The Position

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. This role will own the end-to-end revenue operating model, establishing a single enterprise view of pipeline, forecast, risks, and deal execution. It will lead global Sales Operations, including processes, tools, governance, and data integrity across CRM, quoting, and forecasting. Additionally, it will define and execute sales enablement strategy spanning onboarding, readiness, playbooks, and continuous capability development. The role also involves translating enterprise and Business Unit strategies into actionable sales plans, coverage models, and capacity plans, and driving the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related fields
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale sales or GTM transformations
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical judgment
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed organizations

  • Master’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field
  • Experience building disciplined operating rhythms across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics in sales or revenue environments

Responsibilities
