This role will own the end-to-end revenue operating model, establishing a single enterprise view of pipeline, forecast, risks, and deal execution. It will lead global Sales Operations, including processes, tools, governance, and data integrity across CRM, quoting, and forecasting. Additionally, it will define and execute sales enablement strategy spanning onboarding, readiness, playbooks, and continuous capability development. The role also involves translating enterprise and Business Unit strategies into actionable sales plans, coverage models, and capacity plans, and driving the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and sales productivity.
