About the position
The Vice President Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy leads the organization in providing world-class service for our clients, enhance sales effectiveness, and supports the new platform business. They are responsible for operational and data automation strategy, client-facing analytics projects, and developing new capabilities across Vericast. They will develop and lead the Insights, Analytics, and Data Strategy teams. Consult in top-to-top client meetings and lead strategy sessions. Collaborate with senior leaders on analytic capabilities and strategies. Evaluate 3rd party data and analytics. Develop and implement data and analytics KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational and data automation strategy.
- Develop in-house Professional Services team and offerings.
- Optimize delivery of data solutions across products.
- Foster cross-collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Understand and apply compliance rigor to client insights and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 10+ years relevant experience
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years experience in digital analysis, metrics, and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong experience with professional services and measurement/insights delivery
- Experience with rapid scaling of teams
