About the position

The Vice President, Enterprise Integration, plays a crucial role in providing operational analysis and actionable intelligence to Molina's senior leadership team. This position is responsible for making strategic recommendations related to the integration of acquisitions, implementation of new markets and products, and business process improvement initiatives. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership and business unit leaders to drive growth and optimize operations in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical operational analysis and actionable intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Make actionable recommendations on strategy and operations related to acquisitions and market implementations.
  • Lead the integration of mergers and acquisitions and execution of process improvement strategies.
  • Oversee business analysis, requirement gathering, project management, and governance.
  • Partner with corporate strategy and development functions to evolve enterprise initiatives.
  • Work directly with the executive team to achieve enterprise-wide growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other business discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years' management experience in a complex enterprise, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Outstanding technical skills with a strategic approach to growth, margin, quality, and risk management.
  • Broad understanding of managed care operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of managed care, financial services, or insurance industries.
  • Highly engaged and hands-on leadership with strong executive presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain support and alignment from stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle high-level confidential information discreetly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree
  • Knowledge of healthcare (payor or provider side) is strongly preferred.
