SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the accounting activities of the Bank to ensure establishment and maintenance of effective financial and internal controls, and timely and through financial management reporting. Responsible for the preparation of annual audited financial statements and footnotes. Oversees the month end and year end processing of bank and all affiliated companies. Financial liaison to internal and external auditors. Manage the production of documents required by such third parties. Additionally, this position embraces the established service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank’s goals. After successful completion of training and proven abilities, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with availability expected during core business hours and agreed upon number of days per-week/month on site.
