The VP, Associate Creative Director, Art is a senior creative leader who plays a key role in supporting agency growth through new business initiatives, strategic storytelling, and pitch development. This individual plays a critical role in shaping how BGB presents itself to prospective clients, translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that showcase the agency's strategic thinking, creativity, and capabilities. This role requires a highly organized and entrepreneurial leader who can successfully drive multiple workstreams within each pitch opportunity. In addition to leading visual creative development, this individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, brief contributors, facilitate creative reviews, build stakeholder buy-in, and help drive alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution from opportunity identification through final presentation.
