About the position

The VP, Analytics - Network Solutions, Health & Wellness is responsible for developing analytical capabilities and actionable insights for the Health and Wellness platform and network solutions. This role focuses on strategic insights and analytics frameworks to drive product expansion, optimize independent software vendors, and identify growth opportunities through multi-source financing. The position involves leading a team, managing resources, and collaborating with centralized Analytics and Growth teams to leverage enterprise capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Network Solutions analytics roadmap, providing analytical support for development and user adoption.
  • Propose segmentation and targeting strategies to drive provider engagement and growth.
  • Provide analytics support for provider network governance to improve processes and controls.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to optimize products and channels across CareCredit and installment.
  • Foster partnerships with internal business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the team provides relevant KPIs to track progress towards goals and measures of success.
  • Champion reporting processes for Health & Wellness analytics, optimizing reporting and intake processes.
  • Develop business case presentations and action plans to drive growth strategy.
  • Support strategic initiatives and evaluate investment decisions to ensure profitability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish a test and learn culture, guiding the design, analysis, and measurement phases of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, accounting, finance, or a related field, or 13+ years equivalent experience in product development, portfolio management, marketing, or loyalty programs.
  • Minimum 9+ years of analytics experience, including 5 years in product or digital marketing, project management, and utilizing SAS or SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent financial modeling and MS Excel capabilities.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in cross-functional project engagement.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels and influence outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
  • Experience in consumer financial services, credit card payments, retail, fintech, or consulting with a focus on consumer data analytics.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in Analytics with a track record of execution and technical analytical skills.
