The Work Ready Vocational Adjustment Instructor helps students with disabilities learn and understand the expectations of successful employment. The trainer facilitates training curriculum in a high school classroom with various instructional approaches that explore topics such as Work Personality, Work Interests, Work Values, and Identification of Transferable skills. The curriculum also includes mastering soft skills for success in the areas of Communication, Enthusiasm and Attitude, Teamwork, Networking, Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Professionalism. Class sizes vary but are generally between five and six students. Classes generally coincide with High School schedules.
