Thomas Jefferson University's College of Humanities and Sciences is seeking to hire a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology. This role involves teaching core undergraduate psychology courses and engaging in practice or research within relevant psychology fields. The position requires the ability to teach specialized courses in areas such as counseling psychology, personality theory, clinical psychology, abnormal psychology, and/or developmental psychology. The standard teaching load is 12 credits per semester. A strong record of scholarship in the candidate's field(s) of expertise and demonstrated engagement in active student learning pedagogy are essential. The candidate will also serve as a liaison with the master's program in community and trauma counseling. The position begins August 15, 2026.
