About the position

The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg is seeking a one-year visiting full-time Assistant Professor of Biochemistry. This role emphasizes in-person undergraduate teaching, community service, and research involvement with students. The successful candidate will teach a 4/4 course load, including Biochemistry, General Biology, General Chemistry, and potentially upper-level courses in biology and biochemistry.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Biochemistry, General Biology, and/or General Chemistry courses.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry or a closely related field (ABD near completion will be considered).
