About the position

The Virtual Sales Consultant (VSC) at Georgia-Pacific is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of GP products and proprietary dispensers. This role involves collaborating with Market and National Account Sales Teams to maximize value creation and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships with end-users, distributors, and sales consultants. The VSC will leverage market insights and technology to generate demand and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales in key segments such as office buildings, healthcare, foodservice, and industrial.
  • Develop and implement Territory Strategies in partnership with National Accounts and Market Sales Teams.
  • Prospect new end-user opportunities to expand GP's product categories and upgrade existing products.
  • Transform the customer experience by leveraging insights, technology, and product innovations.
  • Create targeted DSR wiring strategies in collaboration with Customer Development Teams.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or 2+ years of sales or customer service-related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
