About the position

The Virtual Sales Specialist at Syneos Health is responsible for executing outbound marketing and providing customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. This role involves delivering sales presentations, managing territory information, and ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements while fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree minimum required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success
  • Expert selling skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong preference for 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience
  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
