About the position
The Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Syneos Health is responsible for engaging in outbound sales and marketing efforts within a virtual pharmaceutical environment. This role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic personnel to effectively communicate the clinical benefits and value of pharmaceutical products. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing virtual communication methods to foster trust and credibility with clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver proficient sales presentations.
- Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
- Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
- Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with healthcare professionals and office staff.
- Develop deep product and competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local and regional market trends for the virtual territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years' sales experience
- 1+ years' virtual/inside sales experience strongly preferred
