Schedule: Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
  • Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
