About the position

The VIP Escort position at Chicago O'Hare International Airport involves providing assistance to VIP passengers, including those with special needs, during their arrival and departure processes. Responsibilities

• Prepare Arrival Briefing sheet including outbound connection list
• Print out baggage tag list for arrival agent
• Prepare name signs for passengers needing assistance
• Escort VIPs, MAAS, UMNR, and other important passengers
• Assist and translate for passengers at immigration and customs
• Guide and assist passengers through immigration area, baggage claim, customs, and to the arrival hall
• Create Departure briefing sheet and name sign for passengers needing assistance
• Guide passengers to the Check-in counter, TSA, and to the gate
• Translate conversation upon check-in as needed
• Assist passengers at the counter and with special needs during boarding
• Pick up departure baggage from ticketing counter after flight push back
• Prepare necessary flight files for arrival and departure records
• Print out airport maps, baggage tag slips, and other necessary items
• Assist passenger's check-in and carry on baggage while escorting or guiding passengers
• Escort passengers to baggage claim area, shuttle bus center, and hand out hotel/meal vouchers in case of flight delays or cancellations.
