About the position
We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team in Dadeland, Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging visual content and possess a strong skill set in video production and editing. This full-time position involves photographing new members, filming events, and producing informative short-form videos to showcase our company's products and services. The role requires creativity and engagement on social media, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
Responsibilities
- Write, video, and edit events to post on social media and website.
- Automate as much as possible in production and editing.
- Produce and edit videos and pictures of properties for social media.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
- Edit videos to produce high-quality content.
- Provide marketing support to agents and conduct basic training events.
- Analyze basic campaign metrics including KPI & CTR.
- Strategize for campaigns and funnels.
Requirements
- Experience with videography (Drones is a plus).
- Experience in writing, filming, and editing content for web and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work well with people and take constructive feedback.
- Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance deadlines.
