About the position
Narrative Strategies is seeking a Video Producer to enhance its creative services team. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production, while ensuring the best creative outcomes. The Video Producer will act as a bridge between creative and client account teams, working on diverse projects ranging from high-budget television ads to internal communications videos.
Responsibilities
- Manage the video production process from concept to completion.
- Draft creative briefs, proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Direct post-production projects and communicate progress to account teams and clients.
- Identify best practices in video production and project management and incorporate new learnings.
- Manage external vendors and freelance creatives as needed.
- Ideate creative concepts in support of clients' communications strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with production and post-production video work.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral.

- Experience in managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for better understanding.
