As Vice President of Sales, you will be a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding market share within the live events and production industry. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, foster strong cross-functional collaboration, and represent LIVE·TEAM as a key industry leader. You will play an instrumental role in securing major client wins, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the U.S. business. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Group President of LIVE·TEAM – North America and serve as a strategic partner to the broader leadership team, contributing to long-term planning, organizational growth, and integrated client solutions. This position is ideally based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will require regular travel across the U.S. to support business development, client engagement, and team leadership activities.
