About the position

The Vice President of Product at Aclima will lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products aimed at addressing air pollution and climate change. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of product management, particularly in the climate tech sector, to create a product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. The VP of Product will oversee the entire product lifecycle, engage with stakeholders, and lead a high-performing product team to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Aclima's mission and growth objectives.
  • Drive the collection and analysis of customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities and define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life and ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
  • Engage with government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations to understand their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to position Aclima as a trusted partner.
  • Represent Aclima at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the climate tech or environmental technology sector.
  • A track record of building successful products for Public Sector customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products for government and industry clients.
  • Strong experience in leading product development teams and managing complex product portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
