About The Position

The Vice President of Marketing Strategy is responsible for defining and leading the overarching marketing strategy for Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas portfolio. This role owns the development of market-level strategies across eight properties, including competitive positioning, customer segmentation, reinvestment strategy, and cross-property optimization. This leader partners across property teams and enterprise functions to drive profitable growth, maximize customer value, and strengthen Caesars’ competitive position in one of the world’s most dynamic gaming and hospitality markets.
