About the position

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking a Vice President to lead Product Management for the Integrated Technology Services department. This role involves providing strategic oversight and leadership to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives, fostering innovation, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective product management. The ideal candidate will be a visionary technology leader with a strong focus on customer needs and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership over the Integrated Technology Services Product teams.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our mission, values and business goals.
  • Lead strategic planning, prioritizing product initiatives and aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management.
  • Partner with business areas to align ITS Product Management with business area strategies through a collaboratively developed roadmap.
  • Oversee the performance of product investments ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ITS team members, business and System IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and support a diverse management team that is agile and effective at leading change.
  • Ensure Integrated Technology Services department goals, performance metrics, quality measures, and budget targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience of progressive people and business leadership experience leading a large product management organization.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Reserve System and the financial industry or ability to rapidly learn new business environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on positive intent and fostering strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in financial services or government sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
