About the position
The Technology Solutions Department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk and grow revenue for the Firm. Technology Solutions is also responsible for defining, managing and executing a robust Cyber Security program following the NIST Cyber Security Framework. Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure and gold level service for our key stakeholders with information security embedded throughout. Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, Application Development and 3rd Party Integration, Strategic and Secure Infrastructure and Operations. The Technology Solutions Department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Understand data flows and hierarchies within the Firm to enable reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Quickly get up to speed on project management standards and practices.
- Successfully manage projects applying effective methods, techniques, and standards from start to finish.
- Analyze and understand the data and application landscape and objectives of the projects.
- Work closely with the data governance team, business units and TS to ensure project delivery meets all desired business specifications.
- Develop comprehensive, detailed project plans either in Microsoft Project or Azure Dev Ops.
- Meet with project team members to identify tasks and dependencies to build out a comprehensive plan.
- Track risks and issues, ensuring they are assigned and resolved as appropriate.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished and prioritized.
- Build strong and productive relationships with key business stakeholders, sponsors and technology colleagues.
- Confidently facilitate meetings with all levels of the organization including senior business stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the highest quality standards and satisfy all specified business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Subject matter expert in Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Azure Dev Ops).
- Self-motivated, team oriented and able to multi-task.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
- Meticulous with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills across a variety of audiences.

Benefits
- Base salary range of $155,000 to $200,000.
