Responsibilities
- Facilitate the vetting process for candidates placed in private estates and offices.
- Conduct employment verifications, reference checks, and comprehensive background investigations.
- Utilize internet research skills to gather information on candidates.
- Maintain a diligent quality assurance process throughout the vetting process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and references during the vetting process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in human resources, journalism, legal compliance, or academia is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced writing and editing capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, organized, and efficient.
Nice-to-haves
