About The Position

Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a veterinarian and Medical Director who shares their commitment to compassionate, empathetic care and practical, high-quality medicine. This is a 3-doctor team practice in Edmonds, WA, where pets are treated like family. The practice offers a broad range of soft tissue surgeries and advanced dental care, supported by updated dental x-ray capabilities. The clinic is equipped with two exam rooms, multiparameter monitors, digital dental radiography, and full in-house diagnostic capabilities, utilizing the Cornerstone PIMS system.

Requirements

DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
Licensed or license-eligible in Washington

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, empathetic care and practical, high-quality medicine.
Perform a broad range of soft tissue surgeries including spay and neuter for dogs and cats, mass removals and biopsies, intestinal, lymph node, liver and other tissue biopsies, spleen removal, and wound care.
Provide advanced dental care services, supported by updated dental x-ray capabilities.
Perform routine preventative and advanced surgical dental procedures.
Oversee and lead the veterinary team as Medical Director.
