About The Position

GSVS Veterinary Emergency Services Morristown is excited to announce we are hiring a Veterinary Client Services Representatives to join our growing outpatient surgery team! This role is located in northern New Jersey, approximately 25 miles west of New York City. GSVS has proudly served the community since 1994 and is committed to providing advanced veterinary care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members. The shift hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, offering work-life balance with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of client service experience
Communicates with confidence and compassion
Can multitask like a pro
Knows how to balance professionalism with a warm, welcoming personality
Stays positive, curious, honest, and eager to grow
Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
