Responsibilities

• Learn the intricacies of marketing and sales alongside the products and services our clients provide to assist in customer acquisition.
• Build full-cycle relationships with consumers face-to-face to provide an ideal sales experience through first contact and beyond.
• Train alongside management to mentor and oversee other marketing and sales assistants within the company.
• Break down sales and marketing strategies with other Assistant Manager Trainees to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
• Nurture a diverse working environment by planning team-bonding events and exercises weekly.
• Educate new marketing and sales representatives on promotional systems we utilize.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service, account management, or sales position.
• Balancing the ability to be coachable alongside leading by example for other marketing and sales assistants.
• Reliable transportation to work on-site weekly with our office in the Woodland Hills area.
