This position is responsible for the oversight of all VAS projects to ensure successful completion of each project while establishing, communicating, and maintaining production goals. The role involves gathering necessary requirements for all VAS projects, organizing the project flow from beginning to end, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project's entirety. Requirements

  • 2 yr College Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or Information Systems OR 3-5 years work experience in production (Fulfillment) environment.
  • Experience using WMS software.
  • PC literate with experience or knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
  • English – Written / Oral is required.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
  • Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
  • Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
  • Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.
  • Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
  • Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time.
  • Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
  • Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to determine “root cause” of problem and determine corrective action.

  • Spanish – Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clear objectives to VAS Supervisors for specific projects.
  • Providing excellent customer service and over communicating daily production.
  • Responsible for Order entry, Billing projects, and timeline planning.
  • Monitor beginning to end production of project.
  • Monitoring quality assurance documentation.
  • Responsible for successful flow of production.
  • Responsible for root cause investigations.
  • Responsible for design, implementation, and execution of a project design along with senior project coordinator.
  • Continuously working on improvement of each of our production lines and projects.
  • Ability to calculate production numbers and daily financials and forecast out project timeline.
  • Ability to think and act critically and creatively to any unforeseen issues that arises during project production.
  • Communicating daily with customers and answering customer emails hourly.
  • Responsible for Daily- Weekly-Monthly customer calls and contact with SR. Coordinator.
  • Responsible for key project documentation. (Creating, Housing, organizing, and retaining).
