Varsity Bowling Head Coach - 2026/2027
About The Position
Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Bowling Coach for the 26-27 season, which begins this winter. This role will support the Varsity program with the athletic director and other coaching staff. The coach will be responsible for implementing off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations and attending all required PIAA preseason coaching meetings and mandatory coaching certification/trainings. The position requires a high level of personal organization and planning, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and a commitment to the Propel Habits.
Requirements
- Up-to-date TB Test
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a head coach or assistant coach
- Playing experience
- Demonstrated ability to build a successful program starting at the varsity level
Responsibilities

- Seasonal stipend of $2,000 (prorated for coaches who begin after the official start of the season)
