About the position

As the Store Manager at Vans, you will lead and develop a store team, championing business strategies and values while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
  • Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
