As a Valuation Specialist, you will focus on producing thorough reports, fostering relationships, and finding strong solutions for clients. You will advocate for the Colliers brand in the market, articulating our value through superior customer service. Your expertise in commercial real estate and property valuations will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute valuation and appraisal assignments
- Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships
- Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships
- Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends
- Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely
Requirements
- 5+ years of related work experience in commercial real estate (CRE)
- Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
- Bachelor's degree; advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
