About The Position
The Shuttle Driver at Kalispell Toyota transports customers to and from the service department while their vehicles are being serviced. Responsibilities include safe driving, assisting passengers, maintaining shuttle cleanliness, and running errands. Key requirements are a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and friendly communication.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strict adherence to traffic laws and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of the local area and ability to use GPS.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work standard dealership hours, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Safely drives customers to their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations.
- Greets customers, assists with boarding/exiting, and answers questions politely.
- Keeps the shuttle clean (inside and out), fueled, and reports any maintenance issues.
- Manages shuttle routes, coordinates with service advisors for pick-ups.
- May run errands for the dealership (e.g., picking up parts) or assist in the service area during downtime.
